If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Changed your mind
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and you can return unused items in their original packaging for a refund of the product price. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged in transit
Glassware, ceramics and clocks are packed with care, but accidents happen. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
